Introduction to iPhone Application Development

Refresh Events is proud to announce the first in our workshop series, “Introduction to iPhone Application Development“.

Dan Drew, senior architect at Brightspark (www.brightspark.com) will show you how to create an iPhone application, show you some tips and tricks, and answer any questions you may have. Topics will include:

  • Creating an iPhone project and actually getting it to work
  • Introduction to Objective C and the Cocoa framework
  • The iPhone User Interface Explained
  • Understanding Interface Builder

This workshop is for those who are interested in learning how to develop and monetize applications for the iPhone. If you haven’t built an iPhone application before, not to worry. This workshop will take you from through the development process from cradle to grave. You must be familiar with the basics of programming, however you are not required to have built iPhone applications prior to attending this workshop.
