Toronto Girl Geek Dinners is proud to present a “Future of Media” panel discussion on how media is changing including the challenges with the convergence of user-generated content and media. The Toronto Business Leaders Meetup Group: What does it take to Play the Social Enterpreneurship Game?, Monday, November 9th, 2009 at 7:00pm. What does it mean to be social? How does it relate to entrepreneurship? And, how can it be a game that you play and have it impact everything you are already up to in business and in life? As the Toronto Business Leaders in this session we will be setting up the foundation for 2010. MDOT Monthly Meeting (Mobile Developers & Designers of Toronto) (#mdot), Wednesday, November 11th, 2009 from 7:00pm – 9:00pm. This month we have two presentations: Wayne Lee – Using the Camera Overlay in iPhone OS 3.1; and Anni Mobile – Putting Flash Content on the iPhone (without CS5!). Learn about moving Flash games to the iPhone and incorporating Flash into 3D game engines. Meet the development team from the soon to be launched Anni Mobile company based in Toronto. See demos on the Tool Kit for iPhone including: running multiple animations, emulating keyboards, no learning curve for C/C++ dev folks and working with OS APIs.
